Johnstown, PA - Pisczek - Stella, 97, of Johnstown, Pa., went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at The Villa Personal Care. Born on May 24, 1929, in Tyrone, Pa., daughter of Anthony and Stella Korcel. Preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, John Pisczek; son, David Pisczek; siblings, Tony, Edmund, Leona, Florence, and Barbara. She was the last member of her immediate family. She is survived by her loving sons, John "Jack" (Heidi) Pisczek, Dennis (Terri) Pisczek, Gary (Yvette) Pisczek; daughter-in-law, Margaret Pisczek; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Stella was a 1947 graduate of East Conemaugh High School. She was a dedicated wife and mother helping her husband build their home on Truman Boulevard. Stella was always hosting all the family events from birthdays to holidays. She was the best cook and baker out of the family. Later in life, she became the secretary for the Conemaugh Valley High School until her retirement. Friends and family will be received from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, June 8, 2026, at the Baker Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services, 229-231 First Street, Conemaugh, Pa. A Funeral Ceremony will be held at 12 p.m. Monday, June 8, 2026, at Baker Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services with Fr. Mark Begly to be the officiant. Committal will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
