Johnstown, PA - MARTINEK - Sylvia Ann, 88, Johnstown, passed away on Nov. 9, 2025. Born on March 3, 1937, to the late William and Mildred (Britt) Smith. Preceded in death by her husband, John Andrew Martinek, and son, Richard J. Martinek. Sylvia will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family.
