Nanty Glo, Pa - Roe - Theresa B. (Kasecky), 92, Nanty Glo, passed away Oct. 11, 2025, at Memorial Medical Center. She was born Feb 20, 1933, in Nanty Glo, daughter of the late Andrew and Julia (Kuhar) Kasecky. Preceded in death by first husband, Gilbert Drafke, and second husband, Charles Roe; brothers and sisters, Andrew, Joseph, Elizabeth, Mary, John, Francis, and Susan; son-in-law, Fred Butt. She is survived by children, Gary (Nancy) Roe, Shari Butt, Terri (Ben) Jaffe; grandchildren, Melanie, Gary Jr., Nickolas, Jeff, Bryan; and 2 great-grandchildren, Sammy and Avery. Sister of Thomas Kasecky, Catherine Leleck, and Shirley Kasecky; numerous nieces and nephews. Theresa's children would like to give a special thank you to niece and great-nephew, Jeannie Luther and Anthony Luther for their loving care of Theresa. She was a devote Catholic and member of St. Mary's Church, Nanty Glo, where she would cook for the different events. The Blessed Mother Mary held a special place in her heart. She prayed the rosary faithfully. She enjoyed bingo, traveling to casinos and dancing. Visitation will be held Friday from 4-8 p.m. at Bowser Ondriezek Funeral, Nanty Glo. Funeral Mass will be Saturday at 11 a.m., St. Mary's Church, Nanty Glo. Interment to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Church or St Jude's Children's Hospital.
