Windber, PA - PIPON - Thomas J., 74, Windber, passed away March 3, 2026, at home. Born July 11, 1951, in Windber, son of the late John and Anna T. (Fedor) Pipon. Preceded in death by brother, John R. Pipon; sister-in-law, Maryann Pipon; and niece-in-law, Susan Pipon. Survived by loving wife, Beverly L. "Bev" (Bent) Pipon; brother, George A., Pipon married to Elizabeth; nephews, George Pipon, married to Jan; Joseph Pipon; Adam Tercek, married to Carol; and Sean Tercek, married to Hilary. Tom was blessed with a loving family and had many wonderful friends. He was a member of the Johnstown Street Survivors Car Club where he enjoyed driving his Roadrunner to various functions. He also loved to fish, golf, bowl and was a fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and LA Rams. He was especially fond of his dog Albert. Tom and Bill Friedline were partners in the Friedline, Pipon & Co. CPA firm in Somerset, which is now run by Tom's nephew, Joe. Tom was deeply religious and a lifelong member of SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church. The family would like to thank Tom's many nurses, aides and caregivers that took such great care of him these past several months. Family will receive friends Monday, March 9, at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home of Windber, from 10 to 11:45 a.m. departure for his funeral Mass celebrated at noon at SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church with Father Rod. Committal to follow at St. Marys Byzantine Cemetery, Windber. Memorial contributions may be directed to the church in honor of Tom.
