Johnstown, PA - 79, of Johnstown, passed away August 31, 2025, at Addison of McCullough Place, Johnstown. Born July 12, 1946, in Lansing, Mich., the daughter of Jerome E. Gordon, Sr. and Helen A. (Malone) Saenz. Also preceded in death by her stepfather, Lizandro Saenz; husband of 47 years, Dr. Bernard S. Panek on April 27, 2014; brothers-in-law, John, Robert and Steve Panek and sisters-in-law, Bernadette Stutzman, Terry Panek and Georgiann Panek. Survived by daughter, Kathleen E. Mahoney, and fiancé, Nicholas "John" Zakucia, Jr. of Davidsville; son, Damian, married to Laura (Clacher), North East, Pa.; sisters, Debra Grippe and Deanne Landers and brother, Jerome E. Gordon, Jr., all of Gun Barrel City, Texas; sisters-in-law, Mary Ann (Panek), married to Barry L. Spangler, Salix; Dolores (Pelesky) Panek, Greensburg; brother-in-law, Donald Stutzman and wife Scotti, Berlin; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Trevah was a 1964 graduate of Las Cruces High School in New Mexico and a 1967 graduate of Temple University, where she met her husband, Bernie. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1991 and her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing in 1993 from I.U.P. Trevah was an RN in the Critical Care Unit at several area hospitals and in the Adult Psych Department at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital. She also taught nursing at Mt. Aloysius College, I.U.P. and St. Francis University where she retired in 2011. She was a member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church, Benscreek, and Pibbles and More Animal Rescue. She enjoyed rescuing and fostering dogs, doing needlepoint and sewing. She also taught horseback riding and showed horses. Viewing from 5-8PM Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 109 Church Road, Davidsville, where a service will be held 11AM Friday, with Rev. Fr. Peter Crowe presiding.
