Johnstown, PA - Glattke - Virginia Eileen, 83, Johnstown, passed away suddenly at UPMC Shadyside on June 26, 2026, after a brief illness. Born September 4, 1942, to the late Charles and Gladys (Reid) Glattke. Preceded in death by husband, Darwin Glattke; siblings, Betty Chestnutwod (Roy), Charles Brazil (Shirley), Gladys Raslevich (Paul), Walter Brazil (Irene), David Brazil, and Ruth Brazil; sister-in-law, Merna Brazil; brother-in-law, Lanny Fuller; and daughter-in-law, Barbara Glattke. Survived by siblings, Harry Brazil, Mael Fuller, and Linda Shoemaker; children, Douglas Glattke (Kathy) and his children, Douglas Jr. (Katie), and Noah, and Eric Glattke and his children, Kaycee, Taylor and Rylee; and granddog, Wilma. Virginia was known to always lend a helping hand and bake for events at St. Benedict Church. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
