Walter Alvin Ondrizek Obituary

74, of Tennessee, formerly of Indiana, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017 in Nashville, TN. A son of Walter E. and Louise Currier Ondrizek, he was born July 12, 1942, in Strongstown. Mr. Ondrizek was a graduate of Blue Mountain Academy in Hamburg. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Indiana and the Ashville VFW 4315. He is survived by his mother, Louise Ondrizek; three children: Trina Frazier and husband Ron; Troy A. Ondrizek; and Rebekah Ondrizek and fiance' Daniel Hill; three sisters: Karen Templeton, Eileen Thompson and Maxine Lang; two grandchildren: Greycen and Gavin Frazier. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter E. Ondrizek; and a brother, Glenn E. Ondrizek. Friends and family will be received from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1496 Indian Springs Road, Indiana, with Pastor Gary Small and Pastor Darry Campbell officiating.
