Davidsville, PA - , 82, Davidsville, died December 25, 2025 at home. Born December 31, 1942 in Johnstown, son of Walter and Edith (Thompson) Alwine. Preceded in death by parents; twin sons in infancy; and brother, W. Ronald Alwine. Survived by wife, Eileen (Groman); sister, Mary Margaret Kane; several nieces and nephews; and fur babies: Jimmy, Jack, Jake, and Joey. He was a member of Moxham Covenant Brethren Church, Johnstown Street Survivors, Flood City Corvette Club, and Ferndale Sportsman's Club. He was a controls analyst for Bethlehem Steel. Wayne also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and taking his 1972 Corvette to car shows. Friends received Monday 3-6PM at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., where funeral service will be held 11AM Tuesday. Entombment, Grandview Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Moxham Covenant Brethren Church.
