Johnstown, PA - Hamacek, William Douglas "Bill", 67, Johnstown, passed away unexpectedly July 9, 2026. Born November 7, 1958, in Johnstown. Preceded in death by parents, William J. Hamacek and Dona (Kekich) Hamacek; infant brother, David Hamacek; and beloved cat, Rudy. Survived by brother, Michael Hamacek; sister, Susan Haynal and husband Shawn; nieces, Ava Haynal; Lydia Hamacek; nephew, Jordan Hamacek; great niece, Paisley; aunt, Joanne Hess; former sister-in-law, Jill Hamacek; numerous cousins; and beloved cat, Jimmy. Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing poker, "junkin", and metal detecting. He loved going to auctions, casinos, and the beach. Bill will be deeply missed by those who knew him. Family and friends will be received Wednesday July 15th from 4 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd.
