Zackary Ryan Kline-Moore, 31, of Johnstown, PA and Wheeling, WV passed away on Monday January 25, 2021 at home.

He was born in Papillion, NE on October 2, 1989.

Zack was graduate of Wheeling Park High School, and was a Certified Recovery Specialist at Torrance State Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his first cousin, Deana Long.

Zack is survived by his husband, Alvin Kline-Moore; children, Kylee, Landon and Brianna Kline; parents, Bethanie Moore and Brian Wallace; sisters, Cheyenne Moore, Seneca Moore; paternal grandparents, Myrtle and James Moore, Sr; maternal grandparents, Harry and Caroline Kennedy; Aunts & Uncles, Dawn and DJ Leach, Alfred and Lisa Moore, Veronica and Tom Gibson; mother and father in law, Alvin and Sandra Kline; best friend, Hilary Ramage; the family pet, Eeva Ree and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.

Friends and family will be received on Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 11 am till 3 pm at Kepner Funeral Home, 1308 Chapline St., Wheeling (304-232-5110). Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
